In this workshop, you will learn how to create a mmmarvellous Raw Vegan Carrot Cake. It is no-bake, filled with superfoods, free from refined sugar and gluten – perfect for adults and children alike.
All ingredients, equipment and instructions are provided, making it easy for you to replicate the recipe at home. And of course, your cake will be a delicious takeaway at the end of the workshop!
As Raw Food Chef at nood food, Moises has been practising raw veganism for years. Food and nature are synonymous for Moy, his diet reflecting the idea of “living Gaea.” Living Gaea describes the Earth as a metaphorical living organism that exists in harmony with other living beings.
